We follow current guidelines set out by the B.C. Provincial Government and our own professional governing bodies in response to Covid-19 protocols at Wellstream Massage Therapy Centre.
If you are unwell or experiencing any symptoms similar to Covid 19, we ask that you please cancel and reschedule your appointment.
If you have been in contact with anyone who has, or may have Covid 19 we ask the same.
Masks are mandatory at all times in the clinic by both patients and therapists
Please arrive at the time of your appointment. If you arrive early we ask that you wait outside the clinic or in your vehicle. This helps us limit the number of people in our small waiting area and allows for us to maintain social distancing.
It is preferred you come alone to your appointment unless needing assistance in and out of the clinic. We ask anyone who may be accompanying you to not wait in the clinic.
In the clinic, please adhere to social distancing until in the treatment room with your practitioner.
Sanitizing of hands is required upon entry to the clinic
We want you to know that we are taking your health and safety seriously at Wellstream massage Therapy Centre.
After each appointment, all fabric linens are removed to be washed.
Tables and surfaces are cleaned thoroughly with a broad spectrum sanitizer.
The common clinic space is sanitized frequently throughout the day.
Your practitioner will be wearing a mask at all times and will conduct a daily health check. Your appointment may need to be rescheduled if your practitioner has any concerns or symptoms similar to Covid 19
